Information Technology and Publication
(IT-P) Committee
The Information technology and publication Prefects was first introduced to the MP's and Prefects system in March 2008. The first batch of IT-P prefects 2008/2009 consisted of 12 members. 6 Boys & 6 Girls whom each and every one have the knowledge and experience in Computing, Media and Publication.The IT-P prefects of 09/10, the second batch, consisted of 6 members, 3 Boys & 3 Girls and he third batch of IT-P prefects of 10/11 consisted of 7 members, 3 boys & 4 girls.
The New IT-P prefects of 2011/2012 consist of 7 members.5 boys and 2 girls. This year, in collaboration with IT-P prefects,The
Student Affairs have introduced the branch of Prefect of Photography to the system.
Our main duties or responsibilities are as follows:
• Prepare Backdrops and Powerpoint slides for every school event and control the slides.
• Producing Slideshow Videos
• In charge of the Over-head Projectors and Screen in the Auditorium
• Create a website for the prefects. (MD E-board)
• Create a newsletter / bulletin.( E-News)
• To take Pictures on every Event. (Photography)
• Help other commitees in any other event that involves computers and Audio system.
• Observe and advice those students who are breaking the rules in the ICT labs.
• Check the equipments that are in the ICT lab. E.g. OHP, Mac books, Desktop PC.
• AOB.
All the MPs and prefects were asked to replaced all the old chairs and tables at some Maths classrooms today, and to hope that you guys would be comfortable during lessons. And even some students volunteered to help. So.. thanks guys! :D for the energy, dedication and attendance. We appreciate it. :)

As you may know already, the Inforama this year is held at Sekolah Mengengah Rimba and a few of the MD-ians went to visit there today for a trip. Too bad no one in MD participate the competition this year.

Today, students of MD have volunteered to help JAPEM for the family day event and it was AWESOME! There were games for families to play such as dancing on folded papers and puzzles (jigsaw and rubik's cubes) competition, flying fox and many more. The event was held inside and outside the stadium and there were alot of prizes given. Students were ofcorse to be given certificates for volunteering. Way to go MD! :D
Surely there will be more events such as this for us to volunteer and help, so guys, be ready! :D
Today, the Nasyid team of MD has attended the competition in Maktab Sains around noon and they had conquered it's 3rd place and the Best Solo Male. Well done, team. :) 2nd place was from SOAS and 1st place was from Maktab Sains.
MD League 2009 is almost end. Today, the Semi-Finals were held at the MD's Track & Field around 3pm. Alot of spectators came, students, lecturers, parents and some outsiders to see the big event. Today matches will determined on who will play in the Final Round on 9th May 2009, this Saturday and wins this year MD League 2009.
The first match was the semi-finalist, Selingkuh against HB FC. The match was very tense at which it was ended 1-1 until the end of time before HB FC won the penalty kicks 5 - 4 against Selingkuh. The second match was the semi-finalist, Superfly against Sportivo. Like any other football match, everyone wanted a win to secure their place in such a big final. This match was even more tense, Sportivo won 2 - 0 against Superfly. This mean that Sportivo will meet HB FC in the final round this saturday.
BEST OF LUCK TO BOTH TEAMS! MAY THE BEST TEAM WIN! :D

Investiture of New Elected Students Councillor & Prefects 09/10
Wednesday, 6th May 2009.
So the new student councillors and prefects of Maktab Duli have arrived, the new YDP has been selected. The ceremony was held in the MDPMAMB Auditorium at 9.45am to 12.00pm. In the ceremony, there were some compititions held such as the Project Proposals and the Logo making compitition. May the new batch of student councillors and prefects do thier best in thier new jobs with full dedication, trust, responsible and fully diciplined. And to the student councillors and prefects of 2008/2009, we love you and you guys have made an awesome job, we thank you all for your dedication towards the school.
